I'm ready to start dream recalling but I can only do the 90 minute interval things on the weekends cause I got school and its final exams and all. I know that one method is to say to yourself "I will remember my dreams" over and over. I understand that some people use audio files in order to induce lucid dreams (usually reminding you to check your reality). Can audio be used for dream recall? |

I have a brainwave generator in my multitrack recorder, and I'm thinking of treating a cd and then layering over speech. I'm not sure what kind of waves to use and what frequencies are best. If anyone is familliar with making brainwave audio and what usually works best, any info would be greatly appreciated. |

Do you sleep solid through the night? If you even have momentary wakenings, remember as much as you can before moving at all and try jotting down some keywords before going back to sleep. I am amazed at what often returns when I can recover even the tiniest thread of memory. |

I have hardly ever woken up in the middle of the night, I usually sleep all the way through. |
