Well, I began my dream journal 2 nights ago, and each night I have had a dream that I can barely remember well enough to write down in the morning, with very tiny bits and pieces of other dreams that I dont bother writing down because theres usually no dream signs in them. However, any dreams that I do have in the morning feel very far and distant, and this morning my second entry may have been even more far and distant than the night before. Is there anything I can do to improve my dream recall, or does it just take time? |

plenty of times. I hear that you should lay in bed for a bit and think about dreaming to remember anything you didnt pick up on immediatly. Everything you dream going into the dream journal reaps rewards. |
