Is anyone here able to recall all or most of his or her dreams from that night upon awakening in the morning?

I find I tend to only remember dreams from the REM cycle closest to when I wake up, thus waking up after every one or two REM cycles drastically increases my recall. I was using an alarm clock for this, but now I'm finding if the conditions are right, I'll wake up naturally after the end of vivid/moderately vivid dreams.

It's perfectly usual to train one's recall to recall all of the night's dreams in the morning.
Dream recall requires training memory. What I do is, several times throughout the day, close my eyes and think back throughout the entire current day remembering everything I've done.
I also take up a firm affirmation that I will put effort into recalling my dreams every time I wake up. Thus, upon waking up in the morning, I keep my eyes closed and put effort into thinking back much in the same manner as the memory training during the day.

Attaining better memory helps greatly with recall. I highly recommend the above mentioned recall training.

i recalled about 5 on saturday, but the first 4 were only 1 or 2 sentences.

and i did wake up for a few minutes and go back to sleep after about 7 hours.
