Ok, I'm having real trouble with dream recall. Usually I'll remember just one or two dreams, but only maybe a 10 second snippet of it. And I know for sure that the dreams lasted 20+ minutes. For example, last night I had a long dream, (not vivid as only two of my dreams have been vivid, through lucid techniques) where I was in a car, with my brother. My mom was in a store, and me and my brother were fighting. That's about it. I know that part was near the end of the dream, but I forgot the rest and the 15 minutes of whatever happened at the beggining.

The problem really became bad 2 nights ago, when all I remember is me saying "Hmm this is my second lucid dream this night!" and nothing else. I didn't count them towards my lucid count because I'm not sure if I really had a second one that night and I don't know what happened.

I keep a dream journal still, but I don't do autosuggestion because my mind needs to wander to fall asleep (it's like a dissability). I haven't tried drinking water before bed, but I really don't want to bother, because it's only short term; I'm not going to drink litres of water before bed everyday forever. I'm willing to try pretty much anything here. Oh yeah and I'm a seriously stressed out person. Like I worry about EVERYTHING. Something that's happening to me, something that's happening to other people, something that could be happening to another person, something that could happen to me in the future, etc.

hi my name is jenny, and i am new to this site. only joined yesterday......
i am pretty intuned to my dreams....and i know that it doesn't help to be stressed because your dreams never seem to be real then, what you are dreaming is just the events of the day......you need to know how to mediatate. and this is when your in your bed, focus on your chakras opening each one before you sleep
you will find then that you are more relaxed when you sleep and then your dreams should be of more clarity, and you should be able to remember them......for me i get a lot of premonitian dreams. i have been very intuitive since my very early years, astro travel and the ability to see and speak with guides.....just a knowing of troubles ahead and a lot of information in my dreams......sometimes when we dream we cannot remember.....but i can guarantee you that if you need to remember something of significance you will.. your guides will help you to.....but everyone is different ,, i am blessed that i can contact and speak with my guides and they remind me if i forget.....it helps to be in tune with the innerself and the higherself to understand and interpret your own dreams. just look for the hidden messages and relate them to your life....the things that really you remember...that is the key to knowing the meaning of the dream....when you remember these specific things in your dream focus then on what is happening in your life and what has happened in your past that is still having an impact in your waking life now, and there you will find your answer....as to the fact that you cannot remember most of your dream. its because you go to bed too stressed and then your dreams dont have a clear track they are all repressed so to speak.....maybe you dont understand anything i say...but i hope this has helped in a small way anyway....feel free to message me or email me okay......yours sincerely jenny
