Funny... I thought I was a one of a kind like this... I come to a Lucid Dreaming forum, and we're all here going... so what?

Maybe we are the next step in human evolution folks. (and maybe my pointing it out takes me down a notch... and by realizing that notch is down, reality realizes that I realized I did wrong,and gave my notch back, and in realizing that she took it away... erm... )

edit: just because he's living in a made up reality doesn't mean he'd know you're ex's name. since you are in it too... the point is to escape it together. LD'ing is like the matrix isn't it?

Surely, sometimes people can't control everything in LDs, because of the way that the mind works, and they might not be able to do everything that they want.
So, if DreamGhost was living in a made up reality, then he might just not be able to consciously know things like the name of your GF?

Anyway, I know you're not living in a made up reality. Because I'm here, and I'm thinking for myself! But I think I know kinda how you feel. Sometimes, I feel like rats or something have been watching my entire life through my eyes.

has anyone ever thought that mentally insane people are actually in a higher level of thinking than we are? not disabled people, but the ones in physc (sp?) wards n stuff? and yes i wonder sometimes if my blue is actually your red, or a person is actually shaped like a cracker in your world. one can never really know. The mind works in mysterious ways!!

I think of stuff like that sometimes. Another one I think of is if everybody sees color differently, so one person sees blue as red, but they're always taught to say it as blue.
