It took me a few days to start remembering.

A few suggestions that may work for you. As you are falling asleep, repeat to yourself "I will remember my dreams and write them down in the morning." Try to make this the last thought that goes through your head before you drift off. Also, keep a notebook and a pencil right next to you bed, or even in your bed if you have a big enough bed. This way you don't have to move very much to get your jounal in the morning. If you just lay there real still in the morning and just think, you should come up with something. If you can't get any solid dreams, just write down feelings or emotions. Eventually you will get some good dreams. Keep it up.

im new to LDing too! Usually (sorry if i spell things wrong) i forget most dreams when i wake up, but through the course of the day ill hear things that spark my memory of a dream. my suggestion is, as soon as u wake up try hard to rember your dream (with your eyes shut>but dont fall back to sleep&#33 And write them down on paper!

      GOOD LUCK!!
