Yep I got lots, mainly because I have the same problem. I try:

- Setting my alarm for REM periods
- Autosuggestion ie. telling myself that I will wake up in the night and remember my dreams
- Eating Bananas and generally trying to get B6 into me (B12 doesn't hurt either)
- Drink water before going to bed (MAKES you get up in the night )
- Another method I used to use: Drink half a glass of water before going to bed and while doing so concentrate on rememberin your dreams. In the morning hopefully the half full glass of water will bring the dreams back to you

Hope they help

Yah, I do that too, and it sorta works for me too. I got a bit of a question about it too. How long do we have to do the autosuggestion before being able to remember the dreams without it?

Well, don't do it one night and if you remember all of your dreams I'd say you could quit relying on it. No one can tell you when to stop as dream recall ability varies by person, so I think the decision remains with you.

Do you feel confident in your dream recall ability? If so, try remembering without the aid.

If it's helping you though, it might be best to just keep doing it anyway.

I feel confident that I can remember SOME dreams (I remember 4 to 5 dreams a week) so I need to improve, but, I mean, do we have to keep doing it and doing it or is it possible to just stop at a point and go on without a Dream Recall aid?

I'd say it's very possible. I remember at least two dreams every night and I don't use an aid. It just depends on your ability to recall. So, just keep increasing it. Eventually your mind will get into the habit of remembering dreams and waking yourself up. At least that's the theory anyway. But, like I said, if it's helping you why would you want to drop it anyway?

i've always been able to remember my dreams.

if i only remember one very detailed dream a night... am i only remember one of my REM cycle dreams or is it possible to continue the same dream throughout the whole night?

also... if i am remembering a dream and it seems to 'skip around' is it more than likely that its skipping around b/c its from the different REM cycles??
just close your eyes and dream for a while

hehe, I'm thinking that it would get harder to believe you can remember your dreams every night, over and over again, until you stop believing you can do it and you just think it and think nothing of it. I'm no pro in this, I'm just guessing here. I'm not sure if it's right, but as I said, it's my guess.

probably if you slept longer you would remember more.

Sometimes when I sleep 9 hours I'll remember 5 or more in one night.
