      not recall, but vividness.

      i havent so much had a problem with getting my recall up to speed, but i was wondering, was it the B vitamins that increase the vivdness of your dreams? Last night i rememberd 2 nearly full length dreams, but apon awakening they seemed less life-like and more like a distant memory from a long time ago... so what can i do to fix this if anything?

      DarthDallas, I did notice when I took vitamin B that my dreams seemed more vivid.
