      Inventing Dreamsigns

      um if you dont have a digital watch or cant remember during the day to try Reality Checks like me

      get a rubber band and right am i dreaming on it

      then throughout the day you will look at it and remember to do reality checks more often

      i think this will help you to start doing them in your dreams

      or just write it on your arm/hand (i used to do that during school when I was in a very BORING class)

      Is it bad writing on your hand/arm? Does it really soak through the skin and cause diseases? (people do get tatoos...)

      I guess it depends on what's in the ink. I write on my hand all the time (homeworks etc) and it's never affected me. Maybe it's no worse than dirt getting on your hand which I guess could get in your pores and contain diseases. Mainly though, I wouldn't worry about it.

      It's a good idea btw about the writing thing, I think i'll try it.

      Or..If you don't want people giving you odd looks about wearing a rubber band that has writing on it around..Get a bracelet making kit (for girls..xD) And make a bracelet that has the words on it..*nods*
