Yeah, that can be a sign. I find it to be one of the hardest signs for me to use though! It's like it feels completely normal hangin out with old buds. Hardly ever get lucid from this.

I am the same michael! I find it too normal - like my ex is in a lot of my dreams, and although we been split up for like a year, it still doesn't trigger lucidity!
