my dream sign

I have realized a while ago that I'll look in the mirror at least once, and mostly twice in every dream I have. but for some reason... I never question whether I am in a dream when I look into a mirror. I do RCs in reality when I look into the mirror, but for somereason I don't tend to do them much in my dreams. anyone have the same problem?

Not particularly. What I'd try and do is intentionally stand in front of a mirror and constantly do reality checks for about 5 minutes. Do it about 3 times a day, and once just before you go to bed.

but for some reason... I never question whether I am in a dream when I look into a mirror. haha woops this may have sounded silly due to the poor grammer. It was early in the morning when I posted this. What I meant to say is that I never question whether I am in a dream when staring at a mirror in a dream.

I thought that's what you meant. Yeah, if you do the exercise I told you, then you'll begin to link mirrors with reality checking, and hopefully you'll start doing it in your dreams more often.

haha alright I was just making sure. Yeah, thats a good idea. I am definitely going to take your advise and roll with it. Hopefully this will give me better luck in my dreams to act on my dream sign.
