      Post New Journaling Idea

I just started something new today in my dream journal. It has been occurring to me that I am having a lot of dreams where I am missing things that should be making me think to do reality checks. So I had the idea of putting a section along with each dream I record where I list all the potential reality check cues that I failed to respond to, so that maybe that will make my mind see that I need to be more vigilant in my dreams for wierd stuff. Does anyone else think this is a good idea?

I think that's a great idea especially since logging dreams is supposed to help you recognize your dream signs so that you can do reality checks!

I think that journal has to be a good tool for your recall. You may use it for everything you wish. Actually i use some special notation to make it more symbolic, so i dont have to write it all down. Still. If you tidy up your journaly you tidy up your recall and thats what its all about. JOurnal is also superb to set your goals. And it can be a handy tool for other purposes too. Your use of it is superb. I never thought about it that way. Cool section. Actually . How does it look like?
