The best way to remember to write your dreams down, is to keep a Dream Journal right next to the bed with a pen, open and ready to write in. Even if you forget to do it when you wake up, next time you even think about your dream and writing it down, go write down what you remember of it. |
|
Just improving recall helps with lucidity, as when you become more acquainted with what your dreams are like and how they work, you're more likely to recognize them as such. |

I have a simular problem. |

Do so many reality checks. Do ATLEAST 2 everytime you walk through a door way or are somewhere new. |
|
if you have trouble WRITING your dreams down in a dream journal an alternative method is to use a digital voice recorder! That way you just pick it up after you awaken and dictate your dream into it. This will improve recall equally as much and is a good alternative for those who have difficulty with keeping a written dream journal. |

the same long term memory link is there for speaking it. When you combine both IE saying it out loud as you write it out then even moreee of the brain lights up and its super effective. |
