What happens if all my dreams are so different, that regardless of how many i write down I can never find a dream sign common enough to clue me in?

Hmm, very true, but most of the time while i'm dreaming, everything in it I immediately accept as normal, no matter how whacked out or crazy it may be.

Do scheduled RCs during the day and you'll start to do them in your dreams.

Then you stop worrying about dream signs and start focusing on becoming more aware, questioning the state of reality, and symbolizing this awareness by frequent reality checks throughout the day. You don't need a dream sign to become lucid, they are just sometimes helpful and may cue you to do a reality check or in to full lucidity.

Try looking for things that a lot of people cant do in dreams, but is already in our daily lives. Here's some things i thought of that me and my friends all cant do in dreams, except for me but only when im lucid. Run Yell shaking your head no(dont do it to much or you'll wake up) unable to see peoples faces (if you think about it, you usualy see them from the side or the back when their doing things. Those are usualy clue me in that im dreaming, especialy the shaking your head one. By the way if you shake your head to much, you start doing it in RL as your sleeping and it wakes you up pretty fast.

sometimes you need to figure it out, and it might be hard. For example, if yo have a dream where you drink 20 gallons water, and another where you see a guy who is 8 feet taller than you. The dream sign isn't much water, or tall guys. It will be excessively amouts.

The emotion fear is a common DS, as is being indoors.

Maybe you're looking for physical dream signs. Like ones that you can see and feel. Instead maybe you should look for emotions or underlying themes that occur in your dreams.
