Thread: How to turn my Dream Signs in RC's?

Do reality checks regularly while at school. Maybe see if there are more specific situations which set you off.

Well I'm trying to RC at school more, but as you pointed out its not specific enough, I do RC sometimes but definitely not enough. I also tried looking through my dreams to find something more specific before but nothing jumps out at me at all.
I did just think of something that I will try, that is putting an RC reminder on the front/cover of my books, however I am yet to recall a dream which involved these. This leads me to think of trying something like on my uniform or bag that would jog my memory, needs to be distcreet though

I have my work as a dream sign, so in real life all during the day i thnik of how i got to work that morning. If you can't remember how you got where you are chances are you are dreaming. Just last night I found my self in a strange house and I couldn't remember how I got there and it triggered lucidity. If different times duing the day you stop and think of the events that brought you to where you are maybe in your dreams you will do the same thing.

If your school uses a bell schedule to change classes, then do a RC every time the bell rings. Not much use if you never switch classes in a dream, but...

A good suggestion but I've never heard a bell go in my dreams. However, would the fact that I RC to the school bell possibly bring the bells to sound in my dreams? Like my subconscious might hint at the fact I'm dreaming by ringing a bell?
Also it might work in that I may realise that the bell isn't ringing...

I'll give that a go too.
