Thread: spiders infecting my dreams

This is gonna sound obvious but....do a reality check whenever you see a spider.

you obviously dont like spiders, do you have a phobia?

personally i dont have any problem with them myself.

if you want to stop dreaming about spiders, get over your phobia. otherwise use it as a dream sign.

yeah i have a phobia.. *ugh*

i think im too scared and disgusted and engrossed in these thoughts to even take the time to realise im dreaming !! i guess i just have to calm down these feelings in real life first so that i can in my dream.

yah, it would be cool if you used it as a dream sign, besides, you could also use dream spiders to evrcome your fear of real spiders. i mean, a dreamt black widow is as harmless as a dreamt cloud, am i right?

see if i had a dream of spiders. i would stop dreaming/sleeping altogether

LOL! im not that bad but i am scared!
but one thing... i am starting to seem a little less shocked and scared of the dream spiders! i think i am starting to know on some level that they aren't real! yay!

good! and when you're totally unafraid, you can use them as a great DS!

good idea! and im trying to train myself to do one whenever a new person enters a room!!! but thats not going too well LOL!

If you are thinking before you go to sleep "oh no! theres gonna be spiders in my dream again" (or a location associated with spiders) you will have dreams about spiders. Either forget about it or use it as a dream sign.

yeah, i guess it will just steal my focus if im scared.
