Hmmm, id say try to do reality checks whenever your in a building that isnt your house..... (i've found a new way to do em withought lookin like a freak) just turn around, ive read that people turn around on here and their background (dream scene) changes... i do this whenever i enter a room, and so far its helped |

Dream sign and not being able to tell it
Okay I am starting to have a very strong pattern of being in the army in my dreams. It is always with a very psychedelic twist like being near an abandoned building or being in a cramped house full of carpets and soundproof walls.
I can't seem to realize it is a dream though. Sometimes I get such strong recall that It feels more like a memory than a dream.
How do I go about realizing these dream signs? I even went to sleep the other day telling myself if I'm in the army again I will know I am dreaming for sure, and I thought the same thing a few hours earlier.
