      Post My pattern

      Ok so I just pulled out my DJ and I noticed something

      For 2 days I have dreams that are scatterd or cannot recall then the next night I will dream clearly and probably have a dream the next night.

      How do I improve recall so that I remember my scattered dreams. How can I make these dreams more clear?

      Try to pick out what you are doing for those 2 days that are different then the rest. It might be something in your waking life that's causing it. If you have a regular waking life journal, you could try reading through that.

      I have the same issue and concluded after a long examination that there's nothing than can be done about it. It'sjust the 'alignment of the stars' so to speak.

      Dream cycles

      I find that I have a dream cycle as well. Most people do. My dream cycle is 9 days from crest (high point) to trough (low point). I graph my dreams, and it is clearly evident on the graph. There is no "escape" from this natural cycle. Give extra effort at the low points, and you will have more consistent dreams.
