Wink Would you like to triple or more your ability to recall?

      1. Wake Up
      2. Remember the last 5 seconds or even that happened in your dream
      3. Think about *why* and *how* they happened
      4. Go back 5 more seconds thanks to the information you just discovered and repeat the *why* and *how*
      5. Go back 5, *why*, *how*
      6. Rinse and repeat. It'll work for a long time.
      7. Reverse these tidbits so they follow your dream's course of events

This at least tripled my ability to recall

      This is an example dream.

You wake up. Urgh, that lion was chasing you pretty fast. I wonder how he got out of his cage? Oh, that's right, we were plucking off the bars with our industrial tweezers. What happened right before? Oh yeah, Bert, Jenny and Mr. Willy Wonka dropped me off in one of the penguin enclosures. They had a nice striped airplane. Like a zebra; was that why I was heading to the zoo? No, they wanted me to get animal crackers! For the tea-party! Apparently, we'd play with dial-faced telephones and rambunctious noodle-men.

      But, it really does work
The question is What is the question?
      Thanks, Jeff777, for adopting me.

You read about this somewhere else? I came up with it in a chat late at night. Oh well, probably a common method, then. But I rediscovered it

yes, from what I've previously read on another thread, when you wake up, ask yourself questions on how you got there and try hard to remember, don't move from your position, etc....

I've seen it before as well, it works great though. I usually remember about 5 dreams a night because of it.

I would never have guessed. I've never read something like it, though. I honestly thought that I invented it; seems like I just re-invented it

You guys who don't use it really should

I never heard this before, my problem is that I remember a thing/subject of my dream but forget all the rest.

I hope this works for me, thank you

I'll let you know the results
