      A lazy bladder approach.

This is actually quite rediculous but sinnce it did work for me last night I must share it.

Often while i am sleeping and I begin to dream and I have to use the bathroom, it shows up in my dream.
Lazy. I was in bed (comfortable as could be) but I had to go # 1. Rather than get up and go to the bathroom to relieve myself I thought This could be a dream sign!!
So I concentrated on the fact that I will realize I am dreaming when I have to go to the bathroom.-------It worked.

I was walking in a hall way with a friend and on both sides were huge aquariums. I told my friend that all this water must be making me want to go to the bathroom. That is when I realized I was dreaming

If you care for the rest:
I decided to walk into one of the fish tanks and walk around with the fish. I closed my eyes to walk through the glass and when I opened them a bunch of fortune five hundred executives were hysterically laughing at me because I was naked other than having on a diaper on & my freind was George Castanza (from Sienfeld). Bewilered I tried to maintain my lucidity but ended up loosing it. But worth a laugh

The Idiot approach!! Or wet your bed technique.

Sorry to burst the bubble, but there's already a technique involving this - it's the opposite of TILD (thirst) but I can't remember the damn name now
