      Sickness and dream recall

On Wednesday, I got very sick. I wasn't able to move at all, and it was a struggle for me to even walk to bed from my couch. (it came on in the afternoon, and I couldn't eat anything at all after lunch) That night, I didn't remember any dreams at all. Then Thursday, I felt better, but still sick. It was still hard for me to move, and I couldn't eat anything other than an english muffin with butter for breakfast and rice the rest of the day. (I think I had some sort of Chinese soup with lunch) That night, I remembered 2-3X more than I usually do. (I can tell from the size of the dream journal file on my computer, it was 2-3X as large as usual) Friday (yesterday) I felt much better, almost normal, and I ate basically normally, although more bland foods than usual. (I also had a banana right before bed, which I know usually helps dream recall) Last night, I remembered about half of the amount I usually do. Did the sickness I had cause this in any way? Is it the food that I ate?

Probably the illness, because after i had a lucid dream once(it was poor quailty though) i woke up and i was ill, so i went back to bed after doing some stuff.

And i went to sleep and had very vivid dreams, but they were normal dreams.
