Well, I'm no guru (I'm just your typical heathen/pagan/eastern philosophy kinda guy), but since no one else has responded, I'll take a wild guess at what your dream means:
The angelic woman could be your "higher self" or simply an ideal which (up until then) you unconsciously were aspiring to. Know what I mean? Intellectually, you may be turned off by all the BS promoted through organized religion, but deep down maybe you want something sacred to believe in anyway?
I would guess the woman represents the idea of ancient wisdom/belief systems that pre-date the onset of dogma, sin, and science in human culture. The Greeks had a very innocent and pure way of believing in things like gods and magic. Maybe deep down you want that too?
I'm thinking the "dark room" to the right was like a "waiting room" of sorts. You didn't say how you felt there, but it didn't sound too bad. Am I right? Maybe it's just a place within yourself that is waiting to decide what to believe in and that's ok.
So I guess that, in a way, you feel like you're still in that dark room wishing you'd gone with the angelic woman? If so, my personal suggestion would be to look at it like this:
You chose to enter the dark room for a reason. Maybe that room has served it's purpose and now you're ready to choose to leave it. So rather than focus on the old choice you made and the results of that choice, think of all the choices you still have available in your life and the endless possibilities that still lay before you.
Instead of wishing you'd gone with her then, think of how you can seek her out now (or rather what she represents to you), whether through another Lucid Dream (maybe you can conjure her up?), or meditation, etc. Perhaps even just seeking to re-create the feelings she invoked in you will bring you closer to what you feel you "missed," like reading something that appeals to your more spiritual side (even if it's just a good fantasy novel or an uplifting movie, or something), or even visiting an art museum, whatever makes you feel "alive."
Anyway, I would just look at it as a sign that some part of you wants to grow in some way. The trick is to feel within yourself where those parts are, and nurture them in the best ways you know how. See how it feels to stretch your belief system a bit.
There's an old saying about how when the student is ready, the teacher will appear. Maybe if you spend some time doing a little "soul searching" on your own, one day she'll come looking for you!
Hope that helps somehow and thanks for sharing your dream. It got me thinking about my own way of seeing things. Now if I can just have another LD, I'll go looking for my Higher Self and ask them about it...
