an article in the paper i read yesterday says we need 2 hugs a day to get over the stresse of 21st century life. I get about 30 so im set but for everyone who isn't, doctors orders!!!
I SHALL ACT AS MY NAME WOULD SUGGEST I DO!!!! Lugggggs for all ( lug is my word for half way between a hug and a cuddle, basically a longer nicer hug)

I never knew that there was scientific backup to my hugs.. I just know I instantly feel better when I get one and when I give one!

I need a hug. My grandad has Alzeimers, and I was told yesterday evening that he doesn't have long left to live. He can die any moment now. He isn't responding to any contact now. I know he is suffering, and that hurts even more than knowing that he is about to die.
