      Five hour and a half classes. Seriously That is exactly how I feel. I'm also getting sick (pushing the Vitamin C) and just felt pretty bad today, though I actually felt better when I was in the act of teaching and didn't have time to think about it. Anyway, I hope things get better soon. I think I'll plan some lessons in advance so at least that stressor's off my shoulders.

      Poor Ame.. far away from home and not feeling well! I bet the stress of it all has weakened your immune system.

      Thanks for the advice. I think it's mostly coming from some internal stress, though I don't really feel that nervous. I'll see if I can find some decent-looking bananas at the store tonight, as those have always been good when I'm in a "delicate condition" I'm feeling better today, though. I don't have class on Tuesdays until 3pm, so I get to relax until about 2 (slept in until around 9 when I called my parents and talked for about an hour). I'll be heading out in about 20 minutes, but since I'm teaching this particular class for the first time, it's all introductory, so not all that stressful.

      Anyway, I love you guys! Hug ya soon
