*Hugs Request* A friend of mine was murdered two nights ago. He was only 23 and had served two stints in Iraq. It has been pretty hard, especially for some of my other friends who grew up with him.

I know I posted just a few hours ago, but it seems that I get more lonely when the lights go out. Granted there's a big flourescent sign just across the street on the other building (not too terribly bright, but still), but when I'm alone in my room, getting ready to sleep, that's when I feel the least prepared/adjusted. I could use a hug.
Also, my roomates are night-owls and I'm the early-riser, so that could create some conflicts. It's just about midnight and they're watching Criminal Minds on the TV just outside my room. Hopefully I can buy a fan soon.

I feel much better today! We spent a few hours out of the apartment, were paid, ate some bliny (and I drank some coffee), and I have food in the fridge now
Oh, and I have chocolate, too. We're also having a surprise (belated) birthday party for a friend tonight, so it will be quite fun.
