However, they are recommended to you for DILD, MILD and WBTB mainly ? @PercyLucid: So you will also perform several RC during waking to increase the chances of MILD ? @PercyLucid: The best of MILD, that as most of you said ? @PercyLucid: You induce the lucid dream with a mantra, planting an idea in your mind, incubating a dream, enjoying the experience during waking and succeding during sleep ? @PercyLucid: If you mantra is strong enough, if you trully believe you are going to archive what are you looking for, MILD has a 100% success ? @PercyLucid: However, here is the trick, to really believe you are going to do it. ? @PercyLucid: Do not worry. RC will trigger lucidity, however, it's used as much as possible during night. Our voice is very powerful and we can accomplish several transfers of conscious using our voice. For certain meditation, using your voice is a must, so you will hear it and believe it strongly ? @PercyLucid: I would say, it is important to say it out loud for a while, but trully believing it.
