My two reality checks are the Mose pinch and looking for any abnormalities in my hands. My trigger is my watch that beeps every hour. As for my theme, I am just starting to keep a consistent dream journal. So it would be hard to find a theme from one dream .

      Thanks for completing this assignment.

Dream signs may or may not occur in your dreams. If you journal for quite a while and nothing shows up then some info I will be giving later in the class may help you.

I'm pretty sure I did it too quickly, because I didn't even notice if I could breathe or not. LaBerge didn't understand what I was doing. He looked at me strangely, and said, "I don't know what that was, but I don't think it worked."
I have many times kind of like this... when the topic of LDing comes up in a dream and you don't even pay any attention to it. What he needs to do to fix this is when he does RC's throughout the day, he needs to completely stop what he is doing and what he's thinking; he needs to observe his surroundings and REALLY LOOK for anything AT ALL out of the ordinary.

I also had one a couple weeks ago when the radio played this song about dreaming and a dc started singing along.
Well... this person just gave me a (hopefully helpful) idea... he needs to do an RC whenever he hears ANYTHING about dreaming; he should also RC randomly of course. I will also try this and hopefully get some pleasing results .

This time I am successful and wake up only to discover that my alarm clock is not on, and horror sets in as I realize I on summer break!!!!! I don't have classes yet!!!!
This one really made me lol ... he could fix this by, when he becomes lucid... just stabilize, take in your surroundings, and don't get caught up AT ALL with anything in the dream plot (something you do not expect to happen).
