      RC 1- DreamSkater101

Sorry it took me so long to do this! I didn't quite undertand how all these classes work
Plus I've been very busy with other things!

      Okay, Homework:

      Reality Checks:
Pinch my nose and see if I can still breath.
Look at my fingers and see if I can put one through my palm.
Jump up and see if I feel any lighter.
Look at a digital clock five times and see if the time changes rapidly ect.

      Triggers:
Write an 'L' for Lucid dreaming on my palm and look at it.
      Everytime I look in a mirror/window.
When I see a green car.

      Dream Signs.
      1. When I talk/Interact with Fictional Characters from the books I spend all my time reading
eg. Characters from: Twilight, Harry Potter, House of Night ect. There is no possible way I could be friends with these in real life.
      2. When I dream about my pets that have died. (Sometimes my old dog Sammy comes into my dreams as a ghost and talks to me lol)

ugh. i got another one. I went on to dreamviews and tried to get on. but it didnt let me. A big screen popped up and basicly said that i had gotten too good at lucid dreaming so they destroyed my account. Then i had an FA that i got on dreamviews and wrote down this expeirence lol.
Once they read about Lucid dreaming and it saying they where too good, they should have done a RC to see if they where dreaming or not. They could question weather a big blank screen would really come up and dreamviews would not deactivate there account as it's good to have experts on here to help the beginners. Maybe to prevent this happening they can start questioning weather they are in a lucid dream everytime something strange like that happends in reality too.

They should work on thinking about what is realistic and what isn't. They should take note and write down all the strange surroundings in there dreams, then write why they are so different from real life. Everytime something odd happends, they should write it down. If they see something odd like that happening on TV they could think to themselves that would not happen in real life because...'' then do a reality check just to make sure. They shoud take note of there surroundings in and out of dreams to compare them.

Maybe to prevent this kind of thing happening. This person could do a quick reality check after every time they read the words ''lucid'' or talk/think about lucid dreaming. Ask themselves why they are doing a reality check when they do it and think more about reality checking. If they do a RC after always reading the word ''lucid/lucidity'' ect maybe that wont happen.

Since joining this class I have became more aware during dreams.
I have also gotten into a stricter RCing system. I used to often forget and not get around to taking RCs seriously. Now I definitely work harder and get more motivated.

I have Reality checked in a few dreams recently.
About four nights ago in my dream I was talking to my sister about lucid dreaming. I told her we should both RC as this would mean we may be dreaming. I did the finger through palm one and it went through! I found this strange.. I thought the feeling of my finger going through my palm was wierd and frightening. I did it again and thought to myself ''wait, this never happends normally when I RC, this must mean I am dreaming!!'' but then after thinking that, I suddenly just forgot all about it and for some reason I can't remember anything else of that dream :/

I didn't get lucid, just I DID do a RC and I thought about why I was doing it. For me that's a brilliant achievment. I've gotten for requent with RCing and it's showing in my dreams. I hope to improve and get better results soon!

Just thought I would write about my dream last night as it involved a little more Lucid-dreaming-type of advances!
Still not a real lucid dream but i'm getting closer! I am so happy with how much closer I am getting, as before taking this course I hardly even RC'd in RL let alone in a dream!

      Dream:
It was my birthday (it really is my bday today lol) and I got upset so I ran out the house and starting running through the street. Running effortlessly, I didn't get tired or anything. It was like skating, gliding down the roads and I ran and ran and ran for ages around my town, I noticed how my DC where not like people in real life (I'd never thought about my DCs before in a dream) then I got home and realised I was dreaming. I just somehow NEW it was a dream, I can't explain why, I just new I was dreaming. Then I remember not really doing anything about it, but the whole time I just new it was a dream when I was talking to my family in the dream. I told my family this was a dream and that I should wake up so I could wnjoy my birthday.
I woke up (in the dream. False awakening) and it was 4PM when I looked at my watch, I was mad cause I'd missed most my birthday by sleeping in. I didn't realise I was dreaming at this pint.

      Then I woke up
So.. in this dream I was definitely more aware of my surrounding, wierdly I didn't even think to do a RC but my awarness has improved for sure
