      MILD-1 CrimsonPoet Dream/Student Workbook> Please comment! XD

Haha, I am currently in PercyLucid's class for MILD-1

Well, I am an avid dreamer, yet the moment I return to reality, I forget my dreams. I have had a total of 11 lucid dreams since my birth. Four were nightmares and Seven were epic dreams focused around saving the world or getting caught in my own subconscious "Inception". I have tried for the last six moths trying method to Lucid Dreams. I've looked up famous individuals across the internet who have found ways to astral project and others who have stayed in a Lucid Dream for what they describe as years. This subject has heavily interested me especially when I had an astral projection for myself. I have only done it once and it was a petty one at that.

I was able to fall asleep, come out my body and walk around the couch. I lingered a little bit before entering my body again, and then I felt that magnetic feeling you get when you re-enter your body. I cannot describe it... It felt like I was ripped apart from the middle of my chest and I felt and electric moon-bounce kinda feeling when I came out... That was almost a year ago.

Then here I am now, desperate to have a lucid dream. I have tried several induction techniques and all failed. I tried ingesting Valerian root, Melatonin, B-6, Magnesium, Zinc, 5-HTP, great amounts of water, caffeine, chocolate, bananas, and anti-cholinergenics. All failed. All failed epically; including all the possible combinations with the listed above. I have tried so many combinations within reasonable healthy doses and I only procured a morning onset of drowsiness. I do not advise anti-cholinergenics to anyone! They are lethal! (The anti-cholinergenics poisoned me so I quit those a little over years ago.) I do not use drugs and I like to use healthy methods of inducing Lucid Dreaming.

I have even tried Bin-aural beats to induce lucid dreams. All those gave me were headaches and a throbbing sensation in my CNS system all day after a whole night of listening to them at a low volume. I even tried Iso-beats (SP?) which is an apparently leading scientific way of inducing trance for visions. All of which, failed. I thought that music could've been a solution to my dreamless nights... or my forgotten dream spree.

I have done reality checks since I was young. I didn't need anyone telling me to do them or to remind me to do them. It's funny how I always questioned my reality yet none of it paid off in my dreams. Maybe some of it helped, but it did not increase my dream recall. I would also draw symbols on my hands and every time I saw the symbol, I would question life as if it were a dream and to check if I was awake. I am not quitting my reality check regime, but I am disappointed in what it's brought me so far.

Lately, I've been waking up every morning with a severe body ache and persistent lethargy. I've been using mantra's such as "When I see my hands in my dreams tonight, I will realize I am dreaming," and "Tonight, I will lucid dream and remember all my dreams clearly and vividly and I will be able to interact with them and control them as I please". So far, I've gotten zero results. My fatigue is increasing the more I try to lucid dream and even my performance in school has dropped because of restless nights trying various methods to have a lucid dream.

I have currently bought a supplement of Calea zacatechichi that should give me a lucid dream. It should arrive to my house within the next week or so. Does this work? Well, I hoping for results. (I have been highly disappointed in all the results I've gotten from everything I've tried so far).

So, I am here for answers. I use a dream journal to write down what fragments of dreams that I can remember, so, not all is lost. I will post any moderately string dreams on here. I am a busy man with both work and school so, I will not be online all the time. Thank you for reading!

Suggestions, techniques, methods, and cures are welcome!

Well... I am not a fan of eating anything to lucid dream. All it is in your head.

How much really effort are you putting into lucid dreaming anyway? It seems you are interested, but today is class three and your workbook is untouched yet! Several students of mine already had lucid dreams since start of class and several more (almost all) had these "close calls" or either dreaming about lucidity or dreaming non lucidly about the concert.
