Alright, I didn't have time to update my workbook in the morning since I spent too much time writing my DJ, so I'm writing this now.

Here's the link to my DJ entry: Sept 23 Stupid me got confused cause of one of the dreams I had made me think today was the 22, so I wrote it as such.

Anyways, yesterday I had a very good and exciting day! The whole day I was concentrating on lucid dreaming, and my dreams reflect that! Then to finish such a studious day, mild class began!

I had 7 dreams. A personal record. They're all recorded in my DJ. I went to bed while repeating "I lucid dream..." over and over until I fell asleep at about 10:10-10:15pm. I did a WBTB at 4:00am, wrote down 6 dreams, and fell back asleep repeating "I lucid dream." then I woke up at 6:00am, and recalled one huge dream that felt like a whole day. I feel like I'm really close to another lucid!

Wow, seven dreams! That's awesome! I like the last dream, it seemed pretty crazy, in a good way. It's a shame that none were lucids, but I'm sure that will come for all of us before long at all.
Dreaming, I was only dreaming, of another place in time, where my family's from.
Singing, I can hear them singing, when the rain it washed away, all these scattered dreams.

Yeah I hope so. I have this really strong feeling that I'll hit a lucid tonight! Wish both of us luck with that!

Disappointing. I went to bed at ~9:30 fell asleep around 9:45. Woke up at 3:00 for a WBTB then woke up at 6:00. I was so tired during the WBTB that I fell asleep while writing down my dreams. I don't remember any of them now! Then when I woke up, I was so mad at myself that I just stormed off to go take a shower. I remember one dream. I'll write it down in my dream journal.

I had a fair day yesterday, it wasn't anything too great but it wasn't half bad. I went to bed kind of angry after having fought with a person on the forums on religion. I normally don't get mad about religious debates, in fact they're one of my favorite things, but this guy was so ignorant that I just went to bed and couldn't stop thinking about it in the back of my mind. I went to bed repeating, "I lucid dream" over and over but I didn't really focus on it too much since I was a bit preoccupied. It rained last night, and I generally don't get a lot of good sleep when it rains.

Things I'll do in the future to prevent these same mistakes: Focus on the Lucid Dreaming threads in Dream Views before going to bed. Be positive while going to sleep. Concentrate on the phrase "I lucid dream" more.

I'm also going to try getting a full night's rest tonight just to see my results without the WBTB, since the WBTB is only affecting recall at this point, and that's not too important to me now.

      Excellent work!!

Do not feel bad of not having an awesome night such the one you had first. Keep focused and stay on your mantras and you will LD again in no time!

Congrats on the 7 dreams in a single night! My own personal record is 13. I woke up from every single of them to write them down lol. I usually always wake up when a dream is over, except these days that the changes on my business keep me super busy!

*Sigh* such a long and exhausting day. Woke up at 5:30 and had to go run a race, so I had to get up and go, making me lose all dreams I had, but I know I remembered at least 3 while I was getting ready. I should've taken the time to jot down some notes. Ah well.

All was fine last night, as usual. Did the same nightly procedures. No lucids, but I'm not at all discouraged! I'm exhausted tonight, and am thinking I'll get a huge nights rest so ample opportunity for me to dream! "I lucid dream!"

Yay I'm back! After getting a nice 10 hours of sleep I have broken my 2-day recall dry spell. I've recalled 5 dreams today, I'll post them in my dream journal.

Went to bed at nine completely exhausted, but very focused on lucid dreaming. Repeated my mantra more focused then I have before, like I completely abandoned all thoughts outside of dreaming. Didn't result in a lucid, but I had three dreams that had to do with LDing. Set up for a WBTB at 3:00, but I guess I was so tired that I just reached over and turned it off. Then i woke up naturally at 4:00 and wrote down a couple of notes of dreams, but made sure not to wake myself fully up, cause at that point I had had 7 hours of sleep and i would be awake if I got out of bed. Lucid dreaming is just around the corner!

Scariest wakeup of my life. Ever wake up and think that you're blind but really the lights are off? Well that scary feeling lasts a whole two seconds. How would you like to wake up and your hand won't work, it's as cold as the room, and you have no feeling in it? All this for about a minute. That's my morning today. I woke up at 4:30 after a dream and went to adjust my pillow. All seemed natural until I kept bumping the pillow instead of grabbing it. As I was wondering what was causing this weird forcefield like thing between me and my pillow, I went to do a reality check. I couldn't move my hand to plug my nose! I don't know why I did this, I should have just stuck with the MILDing technique without any additions, but I read on DreamViews someplace that said to tie a cardboard square to your wrist. Supposedly it has this pressure point on your wrist to help you induce lucidity or something like that. Anyways, I figured i'd try it, couldn't hurt, right? WRONG. I used a rubber band to hold the cardboard to my wrist. I guess it was too tight, and it cut circulation. Wake up, dead hand. Although it was kind of cool feeling my hand come back to life.

Went to bed in a normally happy mood. But this night was kind of weird. I had a VERY hard time concentrating on my mantra. No matter what I'd do, I'd start thinking about random stuff. Woke up naturally at 3:30 and went to the restroom. At this time my hand still worked. Went back to bed repeating my mantra. Average night. THEN THE TERROR. Made me forget nearly all my dreams!

I've been super busy today and haven't gotten a chance to get on DreamViews, but I've been looking forward to getting on all day! Success! Lucid dream! Although I only had very little lucidity and maintained it for very short amount of time, it was, by definition, a lucid dream! I'll post it in my dream journal.

I focused on my mantra quite well, and somehow everything made sense at that moment, the watching the images behind your eyes type thing. I never understood it, until I really focused yesterday. The images had a strange amount of depth to them, to the point that I would dare say it's possibly beyond three dimensions. And it had a bit of success! Look forward to going back to sleep... will be in bed within 30 minutes XD. Long day, but I've kinda been trying to wind down each day by slowly pushing away my worries of the day.

I haven’t been able to update my workbook nor dream journal, since for the past couple of days my school has been gone on a retreat where we weren’t allowed to bring our phones. I recall no dreams while gone on the retreat, too, since I was always awoken abruptly and couldn’t write down dreams. Anyways, Class 2 on incubation has just ended, so I'ma go incubate me some dreams!

Yesterday I had some difficulty with dream incubation. I can day dream just like everyone else, but it became really hard to day dream about what I wanted to. I never really got a chance to day dream in solitude more than once, and when I did I kept noticing all these little things going on and they kept me ground in reality. So since I had such trouble with day dreaming to get some residue for the night, I did some reading on deserts! I know it's not as effective, but I had to get something somehow. So far today I've had some better success. Tomorrow I think I'll have ample time for incubation.

Well I just finished typing this whole entry to my workbook, and it got deleted when I clicked reply. Just disappeared. Anyways:

Success! I accomplished the MILD-1 class task to fly over a desert, and also had an incredible lucid dream. I had a few confusions and questions that were answered last night when I started reading Robert Waggoner's book. Dream will be posted in my dream journal.

Here is the dream journal entry that PercyLucid wanted me to post in my workbook from a couple nights ago:

I had just entered a building after having some sort of meeting over a dinner with someone who I didn't like. Suddenly I'm watching this video on a TV on the wall of a war in a desert area. I become immersed in the video, and it becomes the dream. As soon as I noticed I was in a desert I became lucid. I shouted, "I DID IT!!!" I try hard not to get overly excited. I was in an area that was barren except for a few shacks. I was in a desert, and it seemed depressing. I jumped into the air and flew away (flying seemed really easy this time after having practiced in previous lucid dreams). I came to a very small concrete building. I went inside for a few seconds, but nothing interested me so I went back outside. The area had changed, and instead of it being a complete desert, it was like a dry part of Texas or something. There was a hill in front of me that was covered in wildflowers. It was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen in my life. I walk up to the flowers and try to concentrate on them in an attempt to add more detail. It worked, but unlike when I tried this in another lucid, it didn't make it seem any more detailed than real life. The most appealing flower was this white rose type of flower, that the whole plant was just covered in white. It was beautiful. My mom loves flowers, so I reached into my pocket and pulled out a camera. I took a snapshot of it wanting to show her in real life. Then a lucid dreamer friend's voice comes into my head and says "That's a stupid idea." I knew it was stupid to take the picture, but I figured it didn't really matter. So I walked back to the building while repeating "I am dreaming" to make sure I stay lucid. The inside of the building is eerily large, and feels like a security center. The walls are covered in a strange plastic, and I get the urge to walk on it. So I walk up to the wall and place one foot on it. I close my eyes while imagining the transition of my view to change, while telling myself that this is a normal thing that I do a lot. I pull my other leg off the ground and place it on the wall. It worked! It was a ton of fun to walk on the walls, seeing the puzzled faces of dream characters. I walked on the ceiling shouting at some dream characters, and they were pretty frightened. When walking on the walls/ceiling, it didn't feel like I was sideways or upside down. Rather I was on the ground, and the dream characters were sideways/upside-down. I knew that there was fighting going on outside, and a mother and daughter ran up to me screaming for help. I didn't care to help them, but I brought them along since I wanted to see their reactions to things. I found some glass windows, and put the tips of my fingers against it. While slightly pushing against it, I closed my eyes and imagined it shatter in slow motion. I made a little sound effect "tshhh" while pulling away quickly and the window shattered. Successfully in slow motion. It made this amazing noise when it shattered, and seemed to linger in the air while it was slowly falling apart like a high pitched humming. The mother and daughter were amazed at the glass slowly moving, and the put their hands in the middle of the slow explosion and touched the shards of glass that were floating. It was by far one of the coolest things I have ever seen in my life, and I felt very accomplished that I had such good control. Then I heard my mom and dad's voices, and I thought it was them speaking in the real world. I started thinking about my body, which made the dream start to fade. At this point, I felt very satisfied and was ready to let go of the dream, but I didn't give up. I rubbed my hands together, which added a lot of clarity, but as soon as I stopped I started losing clarity again. So I tried to dream spin. While spinning I thought, "Hey this would be a good time to try to teleport!" So I thought of the first place I could think of: London. Shortly afterwards, I woke up.
