This is my Workbook for the [INTRO/DC-1] course with Serenity

WOOO!! *quietens down*

I typed some stuff out but it didn't come through . . .
So basically my recall died 2 weeks ago, and no matter what I have tried to do it hasn't come back. I used to have 4/5 dreams per night. I used to notice the daily residue a lot especially with school. Unfortunately I haven't had a dream in ages and i'm honestly considering giving it up, since my recall was 0 before Dream Views

September 17 2010

I was standing on a high balcony in my school just about to jump. There was no reason for why I was going to jump. Some people siad i should get down so i did. I walked over to some of my friends who were going to chess practise. We spoke for a while. Then X said he had to go. We spoke for a little longer. Then the chess teacher said that the normal teacher wasn't there today. She started shouting at everyone to hurry up. So i told her i don't do chess. I ran back to where we were standing earlier. Before i got back this huge iron door started to close and lock me out. Dammit, i needed to get out. I saw X's brother and asked where X was and he said X was busy with the solar system.
Dream ended

No dreams again. I have recalled 2 dreams in over 2 weeks (my average was 5/night).

Everyday i RC a lot daily.
I use the day mantra: "I remember all my dreams"
Night mantra: "I will have vivid and interesting dreams which i will recall perfectly"
I listen to 'Subliminal Lucid 2.0'
I drink apple juice

I'm considering the CAT method or setting an alarm clock to wake me up to write my dreams

Well, you might love today's tutorial, which is all about journalling, dream signs and recall

Just trying to think of something different I might do when I'm low on recall... One of the things I used to do was wake myself up after every cycle... literally every 90 minutes And make notes. You lose a lot of sleep that way though... pretty much all my tips are in today's tutorial, though...

Last night I did Set my alarm but when I woke up I just turned it off and went to sleep . But finally I recalled 3 dreams . I'm gonna try my best to keep it up, the biggest problem is that used to wake up naturally 2/3 times a day, now I don't probably because i'm too tired

Thanks Serenity the tutorial was great I realised i'm not doing everything properly . But what day are we on? Oh and i'm sorry but I can't make the class on friday sorry

I guess we're on day 2.5 tonight (day two being the tutorial I posted yesterday, and tonight is the class)...

I'm also wondering if I just went ahead of myself *goes to look at own tutorial...*

I think my recall has come back though. I'm sure I had 4 dreams but I only wrote 3.
Dream 1
We were in a place with aeroplanes. I got into an aeroplane and started to fly it. The controls for the plane were very weird. Another school came and tried to fly the plane with failure. I was talking to some girls from the other school.
Analysis, mega daily residue because I was at a museum with aeroplanes.

Dream 2
My brother got home and asked me to host dota, but it kept on failing, I really should have rc.
Again massive daily residue.

Just a reminder that even though I'm giving you guys a week extension that there are still assignments to write up

Okay thanks For the assignments do you mean stating dream residue and signs?
Anyway I hardly got any sleep last night, and so I never really recalled.

Assignment one is to start picking apart your dreams to understand where they are coming from (as in day residue, false memories, etc). Assignment 2 ALSO has to do with your journal... it's gathering dream signs and keeping a list.

I have been using my phone this weekend so I have not been able to post my found things, but I will have access to a computer today, so I will post them all later.

Dream 1: We were in a classroom where a little boy had a test tube and he was throwing it around (shaped like a ball). C got very angry and shouted at him. The little boy went up to C and taunted him. The teacher T was also laughing. The dream was rather disgusting.

Dream 2: We were at my house it was very early in the morning and there was mist all around us. My dad said he needed to get some supplies before our vacation. X had a babysitter.

Dream 3: I was playing around the pool area. Then I went inside to do some things. I went outside by some guards where i was looking for my wallet. I got the wallet and returned as my dad got home. Then i started to ru8n around my garden.

No dream residue today (like nothing at all)
And no false-memories

My post this morning seems to have dispareared. Anyway 5 dreams recalled last night and very vivid. Think my recall is back.
Dream 1:
I was with my gran and we planned on walking up to a restaurant for supper. We walked up to an intersection where we kept getting stuck. My gran was then in the car and she made everyone impatient. She then realised she left something at home. We walked back but I had some disability so I could hardly walk. Then we walked to the restaurant.
Dream 2:
We were at my aunt's shop and everyone had gone home. On the way home this guy was racing like a maniac. Then he sped away. Some guys then said to my mom that she should go with them. She said they were disgusting because she was with her child.

Dream 3:
WOOHOO I CAN DRIVE! Okay when I was like 6 I always had nightmares where I couldn't drive. But this dream I could. I was driving a car and I drove past a grade 12 who could hardly drive so I laughed at him.

Dream 4: I was in the classroom and everyone was handing in their indemnity forms. I didn't have mine but then it got faxed through. Everyone went into this room to go to the place, I was talking to teacher T (one of my main dream signs) everyone had left already so I said to T, that I missed the teleportation and asked if I could go to class. She said no because she would teach me. She taught me about Catholic religion (in rl she is my religion teacher)

Dream 5: I remember running on grass doing a rc which failed but seemed too real.

Analysis
I am going to add disabilities to my dream signs.
I nearly became lucid twice last night. Firstly when I did a rc in dream 5. And secondly I felt really stupid when telling T that I was too late to teleport and I felt it was quite strange. The cars were daily residue, and false memories for the others.

We walked back but I had some disability so I could hardly walk.

I wonder if it was sleep paralysis bleed-through?

And nice!! 5 dreams!!

:O I never thought of it as sleep paralysis, but that's pretty cool. And with the 5 dreams my average used to be 4. But last night only 2 small dreams because I was really tired. I will post them a little later.

i never wrote the dreams down so i only remember my brother phoning me and telling me he found my DJ at home and was readign it, so i was liek o dammit i thought i had my DJ with me that's weird.

Very slight fragments last night.

Dream 1 : A very mysterious dream??
Dream 2 : My teacher was giving us a lecture and the ham on my sandwhich was off?
Dream 3: I was playing warcraft 3 and i was going against lycan?

Lol as you may see very strange dreams that made no sense but dream residue was on 'My teacher gave us a lecture'.
