My MILD Workbook.

I've been working on MILDing for the past 4 days and have already been having major success. I broke through a 3 month dryspell almost immediately and have had 10 LDs since then.

I think a large part of why I've been able to break through the dryspell is that I've been meditating twice a day and not smoking weed. I started writing in my dream journal daily and things just sort of came together when I added some kind of technique. My recall is completely back, I remembered too many dreams too write down last night for the first time in years.

I've been doing WBTB and saying to myself, "I am going to have a lucid dream" over and over in the morning before I fall back to sleep. It's been working extremely well, usually I don't even have to do a RC, I just have the thought I am going to have a LD, or some thought related to dreaming while I'm dreaming and I realize I'm dreaming. A few times I've gone straight into lucidity as soon as the HI turns into scenery. In those dreams I have so much more control. I don't get so excited over realizing I'm dreaming that I lose stability or wake up.

I've been fairly stressed out lately over financial issues and registering for school(plus I have to record bass parts with a band I'm in that never practices), but I feel like because of the meditation I've been able to deal with it and let it go before my head hits the pillow. Still I feel like next week when all this shit is over I'll be able to really hit this MILD stuff hard and master it.

Very excited for this class.
