Lesson 2: read the lesson, then I read it again. set my alarm on my phone for 15 minutes. I got very relaxed and cleared everything out, focused on my breathing. It was a little strange after a few moments I felt like a slight pressure on my forehead but went with it. felt like i wanted to fall asleep. I am not sure I can remember the last time i felt so relaxed. I think I'm beginning to understand something that has been bothering me lately. i think next time i will find a different way to let myself know its time to stop, the alarm was to much. |
