I've been attempting meditation for a while now due to my anxiety and stress issues but I have always felt like I was doing it wrong or like it didn't help at all. I'm hoping to learn more about it so I can understand how to do it and how it can help me in my day to day lie. The fact that it could help me with Lucid Dreaming is just an added bonus. I'm in it for the relaxation and stress relief benefits.
