      Post How to LD at will

      Hello pals, i had LDs in the past which i found it difficult controling.
      I found it difficult geting LD, and when i get, fear will take it away OR i will be made to believe that i have awoken.
      I am a student with poor accademic background that needs to be getting LD every night, to recieving lectures from Albert Eintein.
      I need your help. . . Help me

      FOr REALs? If you want to learn from Einstein just read a book. Way easier than having a LD. And if you did have a LD with Einstein he could only teach you stuff you already know he knew.

      Try WBTB though. Wake up at night, write down your dreams and go back to sleep. Your mind will be working more than in the early hours of the night and you'll slip into a REM cycle more quickly.

      157 is a prime number. The next prime is 163 and the previous prime is 151, which with 157 form a sexy prime triplet. Taking the arithmetic mean of those primes yields 157, thus it is a balanced prime.

      Hello pals, in a sub forum titled Beyond Dreaming and a thread under it, titled, 5000 years old WILD technique said something like having a LD at will which I am going to state the summary here;

      It says:
      Close your eyes and place your attention on the center of your forehead, (between your eyebrows) and your breath.

      And that it works because the minds eyes, the third eye (the pineal gland) is located at the forehead. Imagining something to happen stimulates that thing into action. That the pineal gland secrets melatonin, the hormone responsible for dreaming.

      I tried it, and on second attempt I succeeded. Like a football match on the side line of a football pitch thrown into the field, I rolled from wakefulness to the dreamland. I saw myself in a familiar scene and a familiar person was before me speaking. I tried controlling myself and the dream but the resistive force was stronger than my controlling power and I lost the lucidity . . . oh friends I need help, help me out. getting lucid is not the issue now but controlling my dreams whenever i get lucid. thank in advance

      I think WILD is more effective when done around 4am after sleep. This is what i got as a result. . .

      I was sent an errand when i noticed that i can teleport. I did it severally and it struck me 'YOU ARE DREAMING'.
      The scene was familiar and I navigated around the scene by teleporting.

      I was nervous and thought of changing the dream to something interesting.
      I tried re-dreaming a dream that I cherish the most, the most cherished ever. I thought of how I could get to the scene and I found myself in a scene similar to it. I tried feeling the way I felt, tried thinking of her coming; I was hurrying, nervous and never wanted to loose the dream. The dream eventually started to fade and i shouted 'clarity now' and it became clear again.

      I left the scene and decided to fly, which i did successfully by bouncing on my feet along the street which ended up in diferent and non lucid dream.

      A newbee will always be a newbee what woud i have done to re-dream a dream or to continue from where i stoped in a dream dreamt the previous night?

      Hi espika, welcome to Dreamviews. Are you really from Nigeria?

      What you are talking about is called serial dreaming, which means having dreams which continue a storyline from night to night. Yes, you can do this. Lucidity helps.

      What you can do to induce serial dreaming, is this:

      During the day, think about your dream from the night before. Act out what you did in the dream with your whole body.

      At night, think about the dream from the night before. Think about the end of the dream, and how you want it to continue. Imagine the dream forming around you.

      Set your alarm for about 90 minutes before you wake up. Then, write the dream down. If you can't remember anything, the go back to sleep, and do the same thing, but this time, do not set an alarm.

      Yes, i am a Nigerian.
      I came across this website through Psipog.net and Psipog.net through google when i was researching Telekinesis and the genesis of this research was when i found myself deeply frustrated with my Education.
      My Educational background was very poor that i struggled to pass my exams, which made me sad and sometimes i cry.
      I began asking questions, why are some intelligent and some others obtuse.
      I researched Brain/Mind to paranormal abilities - telekinesis from psipog then i found myself in DV and DV is now changing me.
      I want to develop myself, i am hungry for Psi. . . .
