Homework for Class One
My dream sign is going to be work, since I dream about it the most. I will post a sticky note on my computer that says, "Could this be a dream, right now?".

My reality check will be to first check my hands and scan my body. I will ask myself if I remember putting my uniform on and can I feel myself wearing it (I don't normally feel my body, or clothing, at all when I'm dreaming). Then, I will look around and see if everything positioned in the office makes logical sense. I'll check the time, and what hours do I work tonight?

My goal is to use pyrokinesis, since that is the June Advanced TOTM.

My target reality check for today will be
Advertisements.

How did it go?
Terrible, lol! Well... maybe I'm being hard on myself... But I mean, the internet is FULL of advertisements. I didn't RC to a single one. I RC'd to remembering to RC to advertisements twice, however

I also remembered to RC to one instance of seeing something weird and unrelated happen while watching the CCTV cameras at work.

We got this new system set up where we monitor a site that is known for drug deals, and general crime, etc... it is well across the city from me. But I saw these two guys talking in front of a car, so I zoomed in on them... they were fully facing the camera, and as a joke, I waved to them. One of the guys, at that moment, pointed to the camera and waved back

Total RC moment!! So happy I remembered

Today's DJ Entry

My target reality check today is...
Feeling pain

How did it go?
This one was LOL-easy! Since being in pain (achy and stuff) is my RC, it pretty much meant I was RC-ing all day long.

Yesterday, I saw this train car covered in blue tarp with the words "Do Not Hump" spray painted on the side. Totally made me double-take, and RC'd

At work, the alarm system went off (probably because someone used an emergency exit, and all those doors are armed)... I went around checking doors and silencing the alarm and all that. Upon reflection, I never once thought to RC the whole time (not that I would have had the time)... such as the way dreams go. Sometimes, whatever it is we're dealing with seems to take priority in our brains, and we focus on it to the exclusion of all else. Same thing like in my LD today... I chained back in and was immediately under attack... I forgot to stabilize, I just jumped straight back into the dream. And anyone who has ever DEILD'd knows that upon re-entering, they are generally shaky, at best, until you give them a chance to settle.
