Hmm, perhaps you may be interested in reading about Synesthesia. I would not jump to any conclusions, but it is possible you may have it in some form or another.
Many Synesthetes, or people bearing Synesthesia, tend to experience the kind of feelings of which you speak. For instance, some will get a taste in their mouth--be it sweet, salty, sour, or bitter--by listening to a musical composition, or will see various shapes or colours in the air upon hearing particular sounds or songs, or will see a myriad of colours whilst reading words or math formulas. Annnnnd so on.
