I'll probably end up seeing it, but i'm certainly not expecting much if the last few seasons are anything to go by.

yeah i agree. i wish they would just keep making futurama instead.

Can't really see much from the teaser trailer, but it says it doesn't come out until, like June of 2007!

What the hell is that - that's over a year away! They're gonna build it up so much that I everyone will be sick of hearing about it by the time it finally comes out.

If it's anything like the latest Simpsons episodes then it won't be up to much.

Reportedly it's the finale to the series. So it's gotta be good.

i really haven't seen many of the new episodes because i rarely have cable...but it has seemed that the quality slipped in the last few years, or perhaps just the novelty...

Definitely the quality. To this day i can still happily watch the first few seasons and enjoy them a lot. They're still funny. The new seasons just make me cringe. Instead of well-placed and thought out jokes, it's like they shows are just housings for random gags.

Anyway, i won't rant about it

Well the way TV works these day, 2 seasons doesn't necessarily mean 2 years. It just means a certain number of episodes. But yeah, with that news it sounds like the finale rumour could be bogus. Darn.
