I recently made an effort to use the WBTB method. After several attempts I had success.
But that waking up in the middle of the night is a pain.

      So
My next approach was to deprive myself of sleep. Therefore my sleep deprivation would cause REM rebound.
On the night I was going to sleep I drank five cups of water so I would have to go to the bathroom in my dream.
Then I drank some herbal tea. Some tension tamer with a douse ginger and honey.
I thought it may be good to have a little chamomile as well.
Then I dug up some dried mug wort to put in my pillow case.
After some thought I definitely need some B vitamins. Yes. B6 and B 12, ahhh May all the B vitamins. I could I forget Ca lea Zacatechichi. A dose of that can't hurt.
I could never forget melatonin. as I took some melatonin I found some turmeric to add to another cup of tea.
I should be ready to go. That is after I take some Vivian to spark my mind once I fall into this deep sleep.
Possibly smoking some herb will cause my dreams to be more surreal???! Saliva Divinorum does too, right?. Let me dig that up. Where did I put it?
I am almost ready. Have I forgotten anything? DMX> No. I don't have any of that. Nutmeg! A teaspoon of that. OK.
This is a lot easier than WBTB.

Is all that stuff really healthy for your body? ^^
Currently practicing WILD. I quote Kaniaz who said it best: "The point of WILD is to piss me off". Though, I have not given up, far from it.
