I think the horns would be more red, but otherwise pretty cool

I made the lines on the horns red for the red team. So now the horns and wings color changes according to the team you're on.

So what happens if you colour it with team spirit?

Well, currently you can't color it. I think if I want to make it color-able then I'd have to remove the team colors and go with a base color.

The wings and the rings on the horns are now paintable.

Edit:

The only other two things I've been thinking of were making it look more like a hat, like a beanie with fake horns and wings attached to it instead of having it look like it's just placed on the Pyro's head, and making the wings have jigglebones, although that would be really difficult, it would be nice to see them flap around when you're running.
