I've also seen other videos of that dude playing. I think it's the same person. All I know is that that's insanely insane. I bow before the master.

That's insane. Imagine how fast he had to think to place those pieces in their places. Especially the invisible part. That's just crazy.

      That's crazy!!!

Hey, when did Tetris start displaying the next 3 blocks (instead of just the one next block)?

this seems like a good time to break out the holyshit smiley

I like when he accidentally messes up near the beginning and flips the block into the hole - that's freaking amazing!

I've been reading up about it. It's from a Japanese-only Tetris game for hardcore fans. The level shown is the hardest in the game, and he has the fastest completion time. Torwards the end, the speed of the pieces is "20G" This means that the piece falls 20 levels in 1 frame. Guess how tall the playfield is: 20 blocks. This means that the block falls from top to bottom in just one frame. He only has the briefest of moments before it starts dropping and when it has landed but has not yet locked in place (we're talking fractions of seconds here) to move the piece.

      Madness.

Look at his hand and where he moves the blocks. I know someone who can play like that their is basically a trick like solving the Rubix cube really fast. Saying that a rubix cube is much easier to solve then tetris.

While it's much easier to solve a rubik's cube than beating "invisible tetris" on master level, I can't say whether it's easier to learn to solve a cube lightning fast (like on the videos) than to play tetris the way the guy does.
