I haven't noticed any threads about Bioshock. I figure since it's going to be released on the Ps3 pretty soon, I could bring about a topic for it. So? Opinions? What did ya'll think of the game?

Well, I can't really tell anything about the game yet ^^ But I ordered the game today for my xbox 360, looking forward to play it. The storyline seems catchy

I didn't like it... I didn't understand the storyline to it... Your some guy who's riding an airplane that crashed and you swim onto some lighthouse thing and you go inside and next thing you know you have this guy telling you what to do.

You didn't like it because you didn't understand the storyline to it? You're in an airplane, flying over the atlantic ocean, and it crashes. You swim to a lighthouse to see if there is anyone who can help you, and you find a bathosphere. You ride in it, and it takes you to Rapture, where something tries to attack you. The person talks to you via a radio in the bathosphere, and he's trying to help you escape Rapture because the splicer broke the bathosphere. What's so hard to understand about that? If you beat it and didn't like it, that's another thing. But you at least have to give a game like that an hour before you say "Okay, I don't get it, it stinks"

The believe the story was (for an FPS) quite well played. They maintained a balance of interesting story and gameplay, without shoving either one down your throat. What you may have missed, were the many audio diaries. They supported the story, and gave life to Rapture. Many of them weren't hard to find, but you couldn't just be running and gunning through the game.

I played a few hours of the game. I liked it, but, I couldn't get into it. Just something ABOUT the game drew me away from it yet I don't know what it was. I'll probably pick it up again if I ever become extremely bored.

And the story won't have any weight because you haven't played it. You'll probably be like.. "Well that was dumb." Because you haven't invested like.. 8 hours into the game.

It's a pretty awesome game. I liked story and ending. Yeah and if you wanna know the ending, just go to Wikipedia, they always have the whole story.
