Just got Thief yesterday, but only had time to put a couple of hours into it. It looks okay so far. Nothing spectacular, but it seems like it will be fun to play through.....

On a different note, I had an awesome sci-fi dream last night!!! Although I love the genre in literature and film, I rarely get to dream about it, but last night there were portals to other realms, time-travel, evil baddies, fighting etc...it was great
After resisting for a week or so, I sprung for Banished the other day. I love a good city builder, and good ones are few and far between. Word is the replay value is lacking, but I'm still at the point of just trying to keep my townsfolk alive, which is decently frustratisfying. I've been into games that are really a struggle lately, probably just because life feels struggly.
I just have to get time rifters now
I have started playing an FPS called BlackLight Retribution. Seems pretty good to me; free to play (I have played for a couple days now, doesnt seem buy to win) and also I feel like I would rather spend 60 dollars on this then CoD. I also have been playing a lot of League of Legends (everyone should know this) and Osu! (rhythm/beat game)

Just started playing Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back. I've gotten up to the fourth warp room but damn, I hate those bloody bee levels! Scared me as a kid more than the level Unbearable...
Hey! I love the ps1 Crash Bandicoot games = D I completed CB3 mutliple times, at least at 100%, CB2 I just bought a few weeks ago but I played it in the past and it's great fun! I remember the cheat where you jump on Polar and get a load of lives:lol: And Crash Bandicoot 1.. It's really hard but great fun :P One day I'll complete it. And Crash Team Racing is my favorite, I used to play it very very often. When I had a ps1 the cd was broken and with adventure mode it would get stuck at the loading screen after entering the 3rd boss fight :( I bought it from the PS store for the ps3 and completed the adventure mode. Doing tournaments on very hard mode (with a cheat) is really hard :P Time trials are even harder but after a few attemps I decided it's nearly impossible.Quote:

Played all PS1 Crash Bandicoots? Haha, I still own them from when we got them in the late 90s! Crash 2 I've passed 100% once, but I definitely prefer the third one. It's a lot more fun to play and I got 104% on it. Hard to get 105% since I have the PAL version, but at least I got that far.

Crash Bash? Hell yeah!! It's loads of fun :D I should punch myself for forgetting that one :P I had the demo as a kid, about 7 or 8 years ago and a few months ago I ordered the original. When I first got it I spent some time on the adventure mode. I remember doing the game with the balls for hours and hours trying to get gems and crystals on the same level, damn those are hard!! Oh, to get 105% you need to get the gold relics (or platinum, it doesn't matter) in all the levels, then you need to go to Coco in the warp room and she'll give you a final gem to complete the game.
I've got 104% but only have about 21 golds/platinums. Frigging hard to get them in some levels haha
Currently playing Zombiu. Best survival horror in years. Shame they won't be making a sequel.
Still kicking butts and get my butt kicked in Tekken 6. Im waiting for the release of Watch Dogs though. Anyone else who are going to get Watch Dogs?
I went on a bit of a gaming bender Monday and Tuesday, with quite a bit of Rust, a little Banished, and then yesterday I pulled out Spore and played up to the civilization stage. It's a flawed game and not remotely up to the hype that preceded its release, but it is one-of-a-kind. I'd love to see the concept re-worked in a less Sims-ish fashion.

Crash team racing and crash bash still dominate all multiplayer games. I have never ever played a game a better multiplayer minigame than the ice one in crash bash.
PS1 for the win.
Those ice ones were the best! I also loved Space Bash, because I could destroy the floor haha.

I've been screwing around a lot in Garry's Mod, now that my PC's operational.
Other than that, I've been in a rut - I really don't want to play anything.
I've started playing fallout 3 and it's just soooo good. I really like how immersive it is. I've also been playing Persona 3, but I haven't gotten past the third boss.
I like Rpgs. I would love to catch up on the Mass Effect series in the future.
I'm tempted all the time to start a new FO3 or FO:NV game, maybe load up on mods, but it's an intimidating time sink. Great games, both of them.Quote:
