Hrm, no. I mean, I never played Skyrim just because sword-and-sorcery has limited appeal for me--the only thing that ever did get me playing tabletop D&D or WoW was that I had friends playing them. In genres I enjoy, though, all my best gaming experiences have been 1P: Civilization, Fallout, Mass Effect, and recently The Last of Us. I do enjoy online gaming, too, but it's a rare game and a rare time in my life where I can dedicate the time to skill up (or just be around) enough to be active in a guild/clan or have a lot of online friends. Also, multiplayer gaming, whether online or in person, is just a different experience than playing through a game's story. It's more of a pass-time and tends to all run together, for me at least, whereas a good story or sandbox game can really stick with you.

Back on topic, my only recent gaming was a COD:BO2 zombies marathon with family over the holidays, and a bit of solo Plague, Inc. (also a great 1P game!).
