      When the Wind Blows

I just finished reading the James Patterson book When the Wind Blows, and it's sequel The Lake House.
One thing I love in a good fantasy/sci fi book is that I can use content from it as material for lucid dreams, and these books really made me want to have a LD.
I've been getting more frequent LDs over the summer, so it's only a matter of time.

The books are about these children who are genetically engineered to have wings, and their escape from the scientists who created them. The descriptions of the looks of the wings and flying made me want to try it, I've flown before but superman style, not with wings.

So, has anyone else read these books, or read another book that just made you want to go to sleep and reenact it in your dreams?

I see, i see, thats interesting you said that. I recently started reading comics. The particular comic is the Captain America series. I asked myself, "What if i could be Captain America and fight Nazi's on the Russian Front in my dreams?" That night i led a group of russians to fight a company of Nazi's.
So i guess i did what u questioned, i wanted that dream scene and i got it!

Only good "When The Wind Blows" is the Raymond Briggs graphic novel, and the film based on it.
