So, I've gotten mainly positive responses regarding the covers and original songs I have been posting on Youtube, from people at DV and numerous other people. Thought I'd start an actual thread, and I'll update whenever I add a new song. For now, I'll post the two covers and two originals I have up, including their lyrics. Please, constructive comments only. No pointless flaming. Not that I take offense to it, but it's unneeded. You have a pretty punkish voice. You can play guitar well and can write guitar well too. But I am not sure about the way you write lyrics, and the melody you sing them too. I feel like the lyrics are alittle cheezy, but I know how hard it is to write non-cheesy lyrics. Keep working, you'll find a system that works. Also, get yourself a drummer and keyboard player. Sweet band name, btw.

Sweet band name, btw. Haha, thanks I guess. I've been writing since I was young, only been playing guitar for about 5 months. This is just a hobby for me. My little acoustic side thing. Me and a few friends just started a band. Consisting of keys and drums and guitar.

Hey, take a look at the myspace again. I re-recorded the song "Three Long Years" at my friend's recording studio. Although it's not mastered and has been barely edited, it's better then what I had before. Oh, and to answer you RIAD. Uhm, who do I sound like..hm. I have a high voice, but not as high as someone like Anthony Green or something. I don't know, hard to compare my own voice to someone else. And I'm not inspired by anyone in particular, just a whole shitload of music I've listened to. If I had to pick any people in particular that I like and may have some sort of effect on my music, I'd say Jonny Craig, Dallas Green, and other acoustic artists.
