If you take the time to go down the the ballot box it seems sensible to invest at least five minutes educating somebody who's open to your advice.

I'm not actually American so I won't be voting in this election, but wayfaerer does not appear to be open to anyone. I get the distinct impression that he wants to try to poke holes in things.
