It could if you felt a lot of stress, and felt like something really bad would happen if you didn't. Though not if you just enjoyed it.

People don't really realize it but pretty much everyone suffers from multiple mental disorders,especially the stress disorders. The vast majority of which are never diagnosed because they are fairly minor. Generally, if it doesn't interfere with your life then its not a big deal. So its possible for people to go around with a disorder like OCD and never notice, or even play it off as something else.

Actually most mental disorders have as a diagnostic criteria that they must interfere with your normal life, precisely because they're extreme cases of something normal. Therefore this isn't strictly true.
