So to remain on tract what would you propose on Tsen's topics 3 & 4?

It is rather difficult to deal with another power country this equipped and with big egos.
The only way I can see that anything can get done is a United nations that is United. But they never are. In return shit gets done.
It seems also that Putin has been subtly taking them back in the direction of communism.
