I have been reading a book recently called A Peoples History of the United States, and it has been a really good book. It tells history from the point of the people, instead of those in charge. It starts off by talking about Columbus, and not just that he discovered the New World, but also how he committed genocide against the Indians, and other terrible things that I have never heard about. It also talks about how terrible the Vietnam war was a lot, and tells you a lot about the My Laing massacre. Also, it talks about how the constitution favored the rich (all of our founding fathers), and how it didn't helped the poor.

It is a really good book, and I suggest you all get a copy.

For those who have read it, whats your opinion on it?
